I have a law firm where each attorney has their own Receptionist. They want it to ring both phones, but then go to the Attorneys VM.
Some Receptionists monitor more than one Attorney. NS 700 has the latest software.

point the ddi to attorneys phone and fwd external calls to a group, have the group overflow to VM and it will end up in attorneys mailbox
if receptionist needs to see vm message you can have a message waiting button for each attorneys mailbox on the receptionist phone

Thanks. That sound good. Looks like I will have to change the forwarding to the group to go immediately so it doesn't ring at his phone for 4 rings first.
