Does the DKT3020 have directory capabilities like the DKT3014? I feel like I saw this at some point over the years, but I can't find any reference to it in the manual. It would be nice to look up station based on the display name vs keeping an up-to-date list of extensions on my desk.

You should have a DIR above one of the soft keys. This should get you to the directories;
My = personal speed dial
Extr = System Speed dial
Intr = Phone display names.
