A customer changed their T1 provider and now they have to dial 1 for local calls. I have already dialed the trunk group directly to bypass any ARS and still have to dial one. Isn't that the T1 provider???? Thank you !!!

Usually that happens with a Long Distance Circuit when they are charged for every call. You can have ARS add the 1 for you so the users don't have to dial it.

SayWhat, I dialed the trunk group directly with dialing 9201 and still have to dial a 1. Can you tell me how to change the ars in version 4.4?
