Using an Officerserv 7200. Use SMDR output to Aggsoft to write to SQL. The system started sending out headers(sometimes every call, others a few calls. Besides generating alot of spurious info, it is throwing off searches.
I tuned headers off in SMDR options, no luck, even tried on and off. short of slapping it (like an old tv for better reception) any ideas.
thanks Steve

If you make a change to the SMDR settings whilst a client is connected, the changes don't come through until you disconnect the client and reconnect. I found this by accident having the SMDR open in a telnet session, i made a change and it didn't take, then i hit Ctrl C to drop back to command prompt but all it did was reconnect the SMDR session and my changes came through

Just saw this hint, after the storm. I know the system restarted wuith the header off, since the power went out, and battery backups did too. Still sending it though.
anyone else have a similar issue?

Can you check that it is off? Every time I've turned it off it stays off.
