Hello all,
We have a new boss who chooses not to use the account code. Is there a way to disable this for a user?

You, sir, are correct! I was actually coming back here to answer and close this. I recall that the former tech setup the phoneroom extension to bypass this feature. I pulled up the A screen and compared. Changed class of service to match, (001 to 000), and it worked! If this was taxing, wait til you see my next thread.

Glad to see this Forum is Still Alive !! good Old 228 running software from 1996..
