Greetings, A perspective new clients IDCS 100 died due to fire. He wants to replace with an Os7100. Am I correct the surviving 24 button sets will work and the I believe 12 button AOM's will not since they direct connect to the set? Or is there something I'm missing? Thanks,

The 24 button sets will work fine. I'm not aware of a 12 button AOM. Any AOM should work as well though.

Do you mean the 32 button AOM's with the old DCS phones? They would work but they require a digital port. Or are we talking iDCS sets and 14 button AOM that connect to the side of the phones? They will still work

Sorry it would be the ProStar DCS 32 Button AOM that is connected directly to the phone.

I was told way back the DCS phones will work on Officeserv but the phones have to be a certain version (1.2 or higher maybe?) With that said I have never run into an issue.
