I have a 200 ICP with latest software 5.0.2.14. I am trying to call forward always 5312 to cell phone. It works fine if dialed internal but When calling in from external it will not go....rings but I don’t think it hitting the PSTN.... monitored channels on PRI in maint. I have call forward external in form 4 , I have trunk to trunk connect turned on cos of phone and trunks. I have phone forwarded to abbreviated dial code....I have also created a phantom...forwarded to cell then forwarded phone to phantom. I have form 30device interconnection set also....guess my question would be should it work...if so what have I missed...any help appreciated

Try a # (Pound) at the end of the number

Form 13 QSIG Supplementry was it. .... didn't try the # so it might have worked.... Thanks so much for the help
