Well back to this issue,,,,talking to Embarq the t1 provider, they are monitoring the circuit (NI2) and say the switch is sending all calls as national so they are adding a 1. They are saying to send local area codes as unknown or local. Can someone help me out with this. Axxes 4.4 Again thanks in advance!!!

Go to System->Cabinets->T1 card (whichever one is to Embarq). Call Type->Local
Its most likely set to National right now. Change the type to Local.
Different telco's definately do different things in their switches depending on the IE of the ISDN call setup, including the type of call it is. Qwest doesn't care what kind of call is made for either 7 digit, 10 digit or 11 digit calls. Others do.
You mainly have to worry about 7 digit and 10 digit calling. Everything else can be set to National or their default values and the switch will just send out all 10 digits anyway.
