Hi all, Please help!!! My UX 5000 is taking my parked calls and conferencing the clients on the parked calls together. So 1st call gets parked at reception, they then pick up 2nd call and park it on Park 2. When they hang up, the 2 parked calls are conferenced together. This is on a PRI.

I would try an immediate PBX reset. I've found that all sorts of glitchy thinks like this on the UX are solved by a reboot. If you can do it remotely - do the 2nd initialization. Reboots and comes back up pretty quickly.
