I am working on a SVMI-4E in a 50si system . I have operator group 500 overflowing to 529 after 12 seconds and it will not play the day greeting. It plays and internal message instead. I know there must be some special programming to make it work. Anyone one here know what the programming to group 500 is to make it play day greeting after overflow ?

Take the extension out of the Subscriber List in in the vm.

if you can change the station group from something else than 500 for messages. System doesn't like it.

Ok thanks ...what control " " do you use to remove it from the subscriber list ?

chagim you can also delete a subscriber through the admin mailbox using a keypad.

I got it to work by using group 501 and removed it from the extensions in the SVMI-4E... Thanks ! another question ??? is there a certain way to exit the SVMI-4 when using the laptop that will save the programming ???

Yes there is a save option B on the main programming screen.When you're done choose status screen (L I believe) and that will exit programming.
