Hi team
I am dialling into an IVR from a SIP line thats connected onto an OS7400 and when prompted to key in options digits followed by the # key, I get a YOU HAVE KEYED IN AN INCORRECT CODE response. If I dial into the same IVR from any softphone using the same SIP credentials I will key in the same options with success. Waht could be the issue here and how do I rectify this?
heads up

check your dtmf typ in system parameters matches what your sip provider supports. 90+% of the time it's RFC2833 (at least in Australia), but samsung defaults to one of the other two for some reaon
