We have 2 Inter Tel Axxess 500 systems tied together via T1 line. When no one is in office "A" we forward all calls from station attendant to office "B". Everything has been working fine until I deleted voice mail on system attendant at office "B". The employee left so I deleted voice mail for her. I then added new employee's name back to the main attendant extension and created an associated mailbox for her. Now what happens when we try and transfeer main attendant calls from "A" to "B" is when someone calls into office "A" the person says that the phone just rings and rings. I tried forwarding calls from the attendant station office "A" to another extension at office "B" and it forwarded incoming calls okay.
I'm not sure what setting has to be modified in my DB sudio software to be able to forward again.
Regards,
Quadrunner

Does office B have it's own voicemail? You may need to create an extension ID for the Office B extension on the Office A system.

It sounds like the system forwarding option has been turned off in the flags. Check under telephone programming.
