I have a site with two Netlink locations (Systems 2 and 3). System 3 works fine as there is a direct fibre connection between sites. System 2 was having issues with their internet/VPN connection at the remote site so it was reconfigured and licensed as a stand alone CPU and set up with IP-CCIS back to the main site.

Now I have to set up the CCIS from the main site to this one but all the IP settings are the Netlink settings. Can I simply remove the IP address from 51-03 and reassign it into 50-03? How do I remove System 2 so the Primary site doesn't display it as "Disconnected", any way to remove it completely?

I think you have to reboot. Remember the remote site gets all it's licensing from the main site. Also, system 2 was probably grabbed as the backup site by NetLink.

Main has been rebooted and system 2 still shows up. We actually pulled the CPU from the System 2 site and replaced it with the CPU from a system that had been decommissioned from another of their sites. Updated the licensing and reprogrammed it so site 2 is operating fully independent.

Just trying to figure out how to remove system 2 from the primary to free up the licensed ports that are affiliated with it.

Just an idea use pc pro to download the database. Wipe the cpu with the load button. Then uploaded the data base with out the card configuration.
