I have a holdout customer hanging on to a DS2000 who is telling me they have multiple extensions that are dialing telephone numbers but getting different destinations. I do have some old stock cards I can swap out to see if it solves it, but which card on the DS2000 is responsible for the DTMF tones being sent out to the public network?
