I went to a site Saturday with a external paging sound coming over the entire Summit 80 system while people were talking on other lines. I backed up the system. I saw that it had approximately 18000 k in the file on the maintenance page. I finally traced the paging problem to the base unit and replaced it. When I went to backup the system from my laptop, it didn't take. I tried twice before I noticed my backup file on the laptop had only 160 k. I looked at the other backups on my laptop and they were all in the 160 k range. I think I followed the procedure to download a backup properly but it sure didn't work. Anyone have a thought? I've got a trouble ticket and tomorrow I will ask tech service about it. Just thought I'd put it out there. tk

The back up file is the right size. I'm the stupid. The replacement system was a different version and I didn't notice it till after the fact. tk
