Hi all, I got analog lines connected to OS7070 and Group overflow goes to next port 518 (AA) and keep on loop to 518 group for overflow.
But if caller hangup the call in between AA message, the call will keep transfer to AA and ring. Is there a way to cut off the call if caller hangup when it attended by AA?

Seems like your connect clear time ..in uk its set by the provider to 800ms

Is it going to a menu or mailbox? If it is going to a menu, then set your no entry or invalid to Bye and Goodbye. then on the first page of the menu, set the entries at the bottom to 1 and 1.
