Hi guys
Is it possible to pick up a call from DSS button? Eg - ext 101 has DSS/one touch 101 programmed - 101 is ringing - Customer wants to press DSS 101 to pick up a call...

Look at call coverage key...and yes with the right stuff turned on you can use as a DSS as well.

You can always use the group or directed call pick up codes.

Call coverage key/Virtual Ext key yes. And program 15-02-21 for that ext so they can still use it as a DSS.
