The DX-80 flash voice mail auto attendant picks up fine, however after selecting any extension, the transfer is announced, the extension rings, but then just keeps ringing. It doesn't matter if the call comes from another extension, or a CO line. The person's voice mail greeting never plays.

Is there a Keylink setup parameter I am missing?

You have to setup PreDefined call forward on each extension. you can set both Predef Fwd Busy Dest and Predef Fwd NoAns Dest to ext 433. Depends on if you want to hear the audible callwaiting tone if the user is on the line. But definitely the NoAns one must be set to 433. then you control how long it rings at the extension through the call timers. you can do this both in PcDBA and through DET programming. both are under the "Extension" programming table

The DET section is Call Forward - Extension Predefined on page 3-46 of 01-101~156-30 is Busy Dest, and the next entry, 01-101~156-31 handles No Ans Dest. I changed both to 433 for each of my extensions.

Hitting the Volume up arrow in the DET programming is a nice shortcut that allows me to enter a new code without having to start over and enter the password again. The Predefined Forward time is found under 03-39 and hitting "next" once. It's set by default to 10, I see no reason to change it.
