OS7400 V4.92 SVMi-20E R5.3 V3 Extension 261 is showing there are voicemails, but when you go into VM [549] there are none and no saved messages. The indicator is then cleared. When it shows there are voicemails again, the number is increased by 1. Right now, it has worked up to "12 MSGS".
The extension is in a LIST block but there are no messages in that list block and the other extensions in that LIST block do not have this problem.
I went into Port Activity and ran a MESSAGE report. I checked every extension that had messages to see if its MWI number was set to 261. I've found no mailbox set wrong currently.
This has been going on since yesterday morning.
Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Nevermind. I dug deeper and went through every single extension looking at it's MWI number setting. I found 1 extension [215] that had its MWI number set to [261]. Wonder if the user can change this through the voicemail system?
