Has anyone had a problem with users calling in to setup their voicemail remotely? I have a site with several users that have called into the system and when they record their greeting and hit # to save its like the system is hearing the tone, because when you call back in to try and leave a message the greeting recorded plays but after it says enter station number and password like the user hit # to listen to there messages.
Thanks Craig

Change the voice mail retrieval to password only, instead of station number and password. This is in vm attributes pgm 127

derrick, that is set to password only, the problem is when they call there work and record the greeting remotely the system is like hearing the tone of the # when they finish recording. so like when a person calls to leave that user a voicemail they can't because the system thinks it's the user wanting to check their messages remotely
