Hello,
Ive got an SV9100 and a NEAX 2000 ips CCIS together with 2 way extension calling setup. Audio is good and name information passes both ways. What I cant seem to get working, is the ARS/LCR to route calls between the two based on local calling numbers. Does anyone have experience with either of these systems that can help?
