We have a customer that wants to use call forward external and go to the cell voice mail if not answered. It works great if they answer the call by the 5th ring. The cell is set to answer on the 6 ring but the phone system pulls the call back before the 6th ring. We have looked to see if there is a timer that is controlling this but can not find one. The customer does not want to change the 6 rings to voice mail on their cell and this person is only a temp position so they do not have a local on the phone system. Is there timer for this or is there another way of doing this?

Try extending 34-07-05.
"Conditions If PRG 34-07-05 is left at default (30) the transferred call recalls to the station that performed the transfer when not answered."
