A customer is having an issue with dropping calls that are transferred. Rejected calls are sometimes sent to voicemail and sometimes disconnected.
All phones (approx. 45 6011s/6021s) are on the same network and the SCMc is on v2.1.

When transferring, occasionally calls will get 'lost' when the call is being retrieved. The caller will either be disconnected or left on hold. The issue is not reliably replicated and does not happen often.
The screen will display 'disconnected' when this happens.
Samsung support requested the system be upgraded to v2.2 but I do not see a reference to this in the release notes.
Anyone else have an issue like this?


Using the reject softkey for an incoming call, sometimes the caller is rejected and sometimes the caller is sent to voicemail.
Is there a place to define the action for this reject softkey?

For the Reject softkey to go to voicemail, in Configuration->Service->Feature Service->Service Activation, activate Preset Call Forward DND to voicemail. The reject presents the call as DND.
