The workstation that is connected to the KX TDE-100 restart itself after a crash and now the KX TDE will not let me login. The password never changed and all I receive is the "incorrect password / invalid model". This occurs when I try to login using LAN. The original installer said he disabled USB/RS232 and did not install Modem for logging in. Does anyone know a workaround this issue?

- I am not the original installer
- SD Card is installed
- If possible, I do not want to do a complete re-install

If the password is correct and correct model is sellected look
