Hello,

I have an incoming ring group (2) setup where it is ringing for some period of time and then transferring to Ring Group 1. I'm trying to determine how to control when/if that transfer takes place, and also who it transfers to.

I'm sure there is a setting that I've missed somewhere.

I setup

22-04: I assigned the various extension to Ring Group 2
22-05: I assigned Ring Group 2 to the trunk in question.

So, I cannot figure out why it rings the right people for 10-15 seconds and then stops ringing them and instead rings the phones assigned to Ring Group 1.

Thanks!!

Its because if program 22-08, which is where calls will go if ring group 2 doesn't answer. If you want ring group 2 to to ring until it answers, you have to change this also.
