Does the Inter-Tel Contact Center Suite, Reporter Pro, allow reports to be created for station to station calls? I have created a report showing all calls but I do not see any station to station calls in the report. we are using ver 04.11.0030

You have to check the setting for each extension to keep a history of the internal calls. This is found in the Data Manager application of the server. Look under Extensions.
You also need to make sure internal calls have been selected in the reports as well. Open the properties of the report. Look under the filter tab. There are check boxes below.

You have to go into the DB Manager and allow internal call collection. It is off by default.

I'm looking to enable this same feature. Can you tell me where Internal Call Collection is located in DB Manager? I looked everywhere and even searched help but cant' seem to find it.

You must be on 4.0 Contact Center Suite or above.
Click on Extensions, then any specific extension. Click on the Internal Calls tab and check the appropriate boxes for inbound\outbound calls.

ahh, i'm on CCS 3.3 - guess i'm out of luck. No other tricks to get internal calls to be logged?
