I recently installed an IP Office R9 Basic for a customer. When I tried to log in to one extension's mailbox, I was able to enter the extension number but received log in incorrect message. Went into manager and changed the password and tried again. Got the same message so I changed it again. On the third attempt I got the same message but this time I received it when I put in the extension number. Thinking that I might have been locked out I tried several other extensions and received the same incorrect login message when I entered the extension number. Rebooted system but problem remained. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks.

Try to change an AA greeting. Even if it allows you to change it, dial into the AA and make sure it did in fact change it. If it did not,...something has write protected the voicemail. So you will need to remove the SD card, and recreate it WITH MANAGER.
