I have a client that has a DSX 40 and caller ID is only working on line1. Lines 2,3,4. Display reads "No Caller ID Info"
Programming is correct ( just for the heck of it, we copied line 1 programming to 2,3,4)
Caller Id is present on all four lines from the provider.
I don't think it is a bad card, I never saw caller ID just stop and everything else is good.
Any thoughts on this or has anyone ever seen this?
Thanks Walter

You have confirmed with a external caller ID box or butt set with caller ID Telco is sending the info? Have you powered cycle the system? If not do so.

Have u Tried frogging the line 1 to Line 2,3,4 , if Line 2 works on Line 1 etc , Could be AC inductance or interference , it will work on a butt set or cheap caller id box , but won't work on Pbx Line card ,,cause it wasn't designed for it ,, ac inductance shoudn't be higher then 40, or 50 millivolts in Canada.
