Can anyone remind me how to Transfer an outside caller directly to an extensions voicemail box without disturbing the extensions owner? This is with Elitemail BTW (DOS Hardrive VMS version)
The directions in the Voicemail guide (Extension # + 2) never worked for us but I recall there was another convoluted way we were able to achieve this function.

Quick transfer to Voice Mail. Transfer to the ext followed by a '7'.
