I am trying to run a manual report, showing application traffic, inbound. It looks like "file" is my only choice. What is the easiest way to view the reports? Thanks.

Dump it to a text file and use Notepad. I think 4.4 can dump it to the as well LPT1 port but that assumes you have a printer on the VM unit.

Would that be a text file on the voice-mail HDD, (c:\)?

Yes it is. I'm pretty sure 4.4 would let you specify A:\filename.txt, too.
