I'm getting a weird failure on voicemail to email.
It is saying:
ERROR - SMTP Failed to connect the server. Operation already in progress
I've tried a reboot of the system but the error continued.
Any insight?

Could it be that it can't reach the e-mail server for some reason? E-mail server down? Network issue?

That was it. I had set the smtp using an IP address and that had changed. Added the DNS server and entered it that way and it came back up.
