Is it possible to disable voicemail on an extension if the customer has voicemail provided by the Telco? Don't see any options for disabling a mailbox or adjusting the RNA timer.

Don't know if this will work, but don't know why it shouldn't. Under FWD destination are the choices of OFF, VOICEMAIL, EXTERNAL CALL AND TRUNK TO TRUNK. I'd think selecting off would do the trick.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll give that a shot.
