I need help with the programming on a KX-TDA200 PBX. I tried using the PT to access programming using the Steps per the manual, Installer Level and Administrator Level, from almost every Station Port in the System without success. I downloaded the Panasonic PBX Unified Maintenance Console UPCMCv7.8.1.1_R17, onto my laptop with Win XP Pro SP 3, during the install it ask for the Suffix Code. My PBX Factory label on the side of the PBX only shows the Model as "KX-TDA200", no suffix codes. After I selected a Suffix Code at Random, when I try to connect using the USB connection it replies back "Cannot Find USB Soft", when I try using the Serial Connection Option, it replies back that the "Program is not installed Properly". Any ideas? Maybe the Version of UPCMC is too high and I need an older version?
Suggestions are very much appreciated!!

My unified console software didn't ask that question, so that means you probably pirated the wrong version. North America has no suffix.
