Anyone know why my VOIP DSP says busy when calling ext 592? I sent my DFSYS file to tech support. They loaded it and said it worked fine for them. I reinitialized the system to check default and it worked. So we reloaded our DFSYS back in and still have the same problem. Although Tech support says he DFSYS file works in there system. Any more ideas before I start all over?:(

Just a update, I had to reinitialize the system and reprogram. All worked fine after that. Not sure why the file I sent to tech support worked but he said it did. I did notice after looking at the 2 files old one that didn't work and the new I have after reprogramming is that the old one did not have anything in the virtual shelf as the new one did. Anyway all is working great now.

You have to be careful when working with corrupt database. If you download the corrupted software, edit, then upload the software there is a great chance of reintroducing the corruption. A default database is always best.
