Dear Samsung Experts

We are offering Samsung OS link with operator application (total 4 Operators) on OS7400 with 600 users,how can we see all users on single operator as we are connecting 2 OS7400 via MGI ,i heard that there is some Samsung OS multi function application ,which can provide us status of other system activity on the Monitor.

We have to do it for all 4 operators

There was a version of os operator which supported your config but for the os500 (aka iDCS500 R2) but it's not around anymore. You'll likely have to Change to xchange operator, even then i don't know if they have a multi system operator console.

There is a Samsung Contact Center. It´s a Braxtel product for contact centers so it´s a much more extense product so it may be quiet expensive, but if it´s not a problem for you it may suit you.

Sorry, I just checked it out and it supports only up to 500 agents.

I got the reply from Samsung Dubai that multi site extension can be seen on PC Console(Operator) as Network station (NS) and system can be configure as centralized operator .
