Hi
We have a OS 7200 where the phone book entries have just stopped working returning invalid number. there appears to be no changes to the system, the only change that had been made around the time the issue occurred was that one of the speed dials on a handset were changed but all handsets are affected.
Any advice would be great

Are the entries local extension or external numbers?
