Hi all, Since last week, we've had 10 or so users report a tone on their phone. Sounds like a stuck key. It is there on pickup. Unplugging the phone and plugging it back in solves the issue. So far, hasn't reoccurred on the same phone. It's happened on 3 different switches in 3 different buildings. No software upgrades have been done to the phone switches or network infrastructure. Any clue to what is happening? :confused:
