I have a customer that wants any calling a busy extension to get a busy signal and the extension that is called to not alert to a second call. I turned off 22-01-13 and 20-09-07 but the line is still interrupted for a moment for a second call. Any way to turn off all alerts for a second call.

I think in extension options there is a setting for no ringing. Perfect application for an analog phone.

It is a digital extension and they want it to ring. They just don't want an alert when the extension is busy and there is another call.
