Customer has a Compact ICS with Call Pilot 100, ver 3.0. Customer also says 75% of their incoming calls are automated robo calls.

Is there anything to be done with AA to dump these calls? I thought I read here somewhere, but can't find it now, that something like AA answers all calls immediately, then a couple seconds of silence, then somehow real callers go to a live person, hunt group, etc.. Am I dreaming or is there anything that can be done?

Well there is CLID routing Table but if you don't know what their caller id will be then it is useless.
Best you can do is have AA answer and have clients direct themselves by pressing X
