Hello
Has any one experienced one way voice to mobile phones on the SCMC bit odd I know but no other type of call has the issue and it's only outbound?

Yes, are these on gamma and usually ported EE mobile numbers?
Gamma can make some changes on their end if you let them know its a samsung PBX.
