I am working on an Axxent (2.0). When trying to dial access codes for individual trunks I cannot pick up the last four trunks. These trunks are on the last card. The calls ring in when dialed, but when I try to pick up the trunk with the access code phone says (trunk group name) unplugged. I have verified that the trunks are in the right group. This is also the right trunk group name that is displayed on the screen when the code is dialed.
Any help would be appreciated.
