Hello,
On my EZ Answer auto attendant for my Mitel SX-50. I have it setup, that when somebody calls and does not enter a 0, within a certain time it will automatically hangup the phone call at the end of the first message. But by default the EZ Answer dials a 0, if nothing is dialed.
I am trying to setup a new EZ Answer the same way as before.
I contacted somebody a few years back, but can't remember who and they told me which programming I have to change for it to not dial 0 at the end of the first voice message.
