The customer told me yesterday that after they answered the door phone ringing the group it would ring and after they hung up, Viking said they were no settings on their end and to adjust the disconnect timer on the Samsung.
I instead set the hotline timer from 0 seconds to 2 seconds, I’m hoping that takes care of it but does anyone have any other solutions if this doesn’t work?
Thanks

So after they answer and converse with the person on the door phone, once they hung up it would ring again? Is that what you're saying?

Yeah, that’s what was happening, I went over there today and they told me so far so good since I set the hotline ring to 2 seconds

Sandman Enterprises has a couple of door phone solutions. Used one connected to a co port, When the call is answered, pressing the * key will release the door strike.
