I'm new to Vertical Summit, just completed the rapid crash-course webinar.
I have a KSU and a couple phones on my desk for a new system, and reviewing programming before it gets delivered/installed for customer.

I'm trying to learn to assign Flexible Button functions, namely the External Page (*545) to flexible button 8.
(Flex button 8 configured as Loop)

The 9200 user guide has:
To assign a feature to a Flex button:
ï‚· Press TRANS/PGM ,
ï‚· Press the desired Flex button,
ï‚· Press the TRANS/PGM button,
ï‚· Dial desired code and required inputs; for User Program
codes Appendix A),
ï‚· Press HOLD/SAVE .

But this doesn't work with appendix B codes like *545.

Is PGM 115/129 where I'd begin?
PGM 240, Preset Flex button default doesn't have the VU-9208-00 avaialble as a station type.

Any assistance appreciated.

Solved

In PGM 115/129 entered Type: 'Programming numbering plan', Input: *545, Save.

Updated display indicated 'Ext Call Page #1' in position 8 of Value column.

Page operates with Flex button 8.
