Having a difficult time finding where to turn on this feature. Cust. would like to answer phones when she is away from her desk via another phone that does not ring. I remember there being a spot in programing that would allow her to press a blinking co button at another phone so it could be answered. Any ideas?
system NS700 but I think it's the same for TDA/TDE

In the ICD group enter that extension in as no ring and the co light will flash
