Is there an offline tool for managing the database for a Summit? Been advised to default a Summit by the factory. I'd like to create the database in advance instead of one-site.

There is, it is available on the ftp site. Its called OWA software.

Just to put it out there we've never had any luck uploading a file from the OWA software to the summit. Could be user error on our part since there's not much documentation on it, but there's not a lot to mess up when doing the upload either. I noticed the file on the ftp site hasn't been updated since 2014 and there's been several upgrades to the summit software/firmware since then.

The owa software is usually packaged in a zip file with the latest firmware version.
