Hello all i am a telecom consultant. I ran across a customer that has this system. This is the issue he does not have the password and his tech has passed away. Is there a way to over ride so password could be reset. I called Mitel they have no record of the tech or customer the assumption tech dropped the ball . Any suggestions ??

Mitel 5224 is a telephone set not a system type . If you are trying to reset the telephone there are user manuals online you can read or print . The 5224 can be used on many differnt Mitel systems . 2
