We are a small interconnect with 3 techs. We are looking for a ticketing software that is user friendly and kind of tailored for the telecom industry. I would prefer something that is a free resource but I will pay if the software will meet our needs.
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

Electronic Service Control is what the company I used to work for used. That is a premise system (or at least was not sure now). The company I currently work for uses Connectwise. That is a hosted system.

I've done helpdesk on the IT side and used SysAid. Now that I am working fulltime in the locksmith industry, we use ESC.

We use OSTicket at our office. I set it up months ago. There's an easy to follow set up manual and then it's fairly straight forward from there. While it's not "telecom industry" catered, it's effective and free. My two cents.
When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming and panicking like the passengers in his car.
