have a SCM Compact with latest software. Lines come into an FXO card and incoming calls ring a hunt group with 10 extensions ringing. How do you enable caller id. I know we are getting CID data from carrier, but yet on display it says anonymous.

Try changing CID support to "enable" in

Menu >> Configuration >> Cabinet/Slot >> Analog Trunk

On connected ports CID support is enabled.

Ok,

Run a Route Trace on the FXO ports.
Dial in and look at the incoming digits in the trace
Check that they are present and correct.
