I have a Samsung 7100, I add a new user(x110). User has VM,I add Ext and MB blocks. reboot the system (power outage) Mailbox/Extension blocksfor 110 are gone.Add hem back.Try to save the VM application. VM application saves but no change, EXT/MB of 110 gone again after reboot, try another SD card, no change. Should I replace the Processor card?? If I do, do I lose the license I have for VM/Email gateway??

It's best to create the ext /mbx via the appropriate mmc (751 here).
You'll find that your system is set to no for that extension, so every time the vm starts up it checks that mmc and deletes any that are set to no
